Book Your Session

Sessions are built around nervous system regulation, safety, and ease, and through experienced touch and bodywork, the areas that hold tension and block energy, sensitivity, and mind body connection are gently opened.

You are guided by your own pace and boundaries throughout. Some sessions are deeply relaxing and healing from a nervous system perspective; others bring emotional release, allowing old trauma and stored pain to move and soften; and some sessions are sensual, liberating, and exquisitely felt, honouring pleasure as part of the healing itself.

A £100 deposit secures your booking. If you cancel 28 days or more before your session, your deposit is refunded in full, or rolled over to a future session if you would rather hold the value for another time.

If you cancel between 7 and 28 days before your session, the deposit rolls over to a future booking rather than being refunded, so nothing is lost and a new date is simply found together.

If you cancel less than 7 days before your session, or do not attend on the day, the deposit is forfeited and cannot be rolled over, since there is rarely enough time to offer the space to someone else.

Any rolled over deposit needs to be used within 3 months of the original session date. If your circumstances shift, the kindest thing you can do is let me know as early as possible, and we will always work it out together.
